This means we get to combine our Easter day traditions in with our annual Butterscotch Rolls that we eat on the Saturday evening before Easter.
I've blogged about this tradition before. I have no idea how it started but it is one we've continued even after my grandma passed away several years ago.
This year, my mom decided that my niece should learn at least one basic step in this baking process...
Punching down the dough so it can rise again.
My niece really enjoyed helping with this part!
Does your family have any Easter traditions?
